We don’t like laying down strict rules, but in order for our subscriptions to run smoothly we do need to stipulate the following terms and conditions:

• Subscribers have the right to cancel or amend their subscription at any time.

• Please ensure that if you need to cancel or amend your subscription delivery you do it before the payment day, which is when your delivery will be processed.

• Once payment has been taken for a subscription delivery you are then committed to receiving that particular delivery and we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

• We will do everything we can to ensure that subscription orders are dispatched between Monday-Thursday for next day delivery.

• Very occasionally there may be delays and interruptions to your delivery. We will always do our best to rectify these issues as promptly as possible but kindly ask that you understand these are most often due to matters out of our hands, so some patience may be required whilst we work to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
