POSTAL ORDERS

These are dispatched by courier on a Next Working Day Delivery service.

Please see our delivery schedule below to find out when we aim to dispatch your order.

Please appreciate that we are a small and very busy team and cannot always guarantee that we will be able to meet this schedule. We always do our very best to dispatch your order as quickly as we can!

  • Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday - dispatched Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

  • Orders placed on Tuesday - dispatched Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.

  • Orders placed on Wednesday - dispatched Thursday for delivery on Friday.

Tracking info will be sent from the courier when your order has been submitted for dispatch.

DELIVERIES

LOCAL DELIVERY (Kent & East Sussex)

I usually deliver these myself on my weekly delivery round, every Friday. This can sometimes result in a wait of up to a week or so to be fit onto the next round.

Delivery round areas alternate every other week between 2 main areas:

East Kent: Thanet, Folkestone & Hythe, Deal, Wingham, Canterbury, Ashford, Faversham, Whitstable, Ashford, and the areas in-between.

West Kent & East Sussex: The Weald (Tenterden, Cranbrook, Goudhurst, Biddenden, Benenden, Hawkhurst, etc), Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Hastings & St Leonards, Rye, Camber, Ashford, and the areas in-between.

Everywhere beyond these areas I may be able to get to sometimes, but if not then we will put it in the post.
