For orders in Kent (and as far as Hastings), I usually deliver myself on my weekly delivery round. I regularly visit the areas of Thanet, Folkestone, Canterbury, Ashford, Faversham, Whitstable and Tenterden. Everywhere beyond these areas may be a longer wait before I can get to you, please be aware of this when placing your order!

Orders placed in north and west Kent will most likely be posted, as I don’t visit these areas very frequently.

If you have any empty bottles to return then I can collect these at the same time as the delivery. Please let me know and have them boxed up and ready.

These are dispatched by courier on a Next Working Day Delivery service.

Zak’s Kombucha Club subscription orders (via the post) are dispatched on Wednesdays for delivery on Thursdays. Occasionally there are delays and your order may not arrive until the Friday.

Delivery for your order will be made the following Wednesday from when your payment clears, on the 4-weekly basis. If your subscription comes out on the wrong side of this and you’d like to alter it in future to benefit from faster dispatch, just get in touch and we can amend this on your behalf.
