MIXED CASES

With my Mixed Cases you can choose from a Core Range Only Mixed Case, Core Range + Seasonal Mixed Case, or Seasonal Only Mixed Case. Mixed cases are comprised of an even mix of the different flavours that you have selected. Seasonal flavours will reflect whatever is currently in stock. If you have any specific flavour preferences, please let me know in your order notes!


FLAVOURS & INGREDIENTS

SPARKLING OOLONG (core range)
Nothing but premium forest-friendly tea, organic cane sugars, and the magic of fermentation. Finally, a real non-alcoholic sparkling wine alternative that will make you feel like you’re not missing out on anything!

Live kombucha cultures (SCOBY), organic raw and unrefined cane sugars (transformed during fermentation), carbon filtered water, beyond-organic Thai forest-friendly oolong tea

GINGER & TURMERIC (core range)
Take the Sparkling Oolong and infuse a generous dose of organic ginger root, turmeric root, and black peppercorn juice. Like ginger beer, but more sophisticated. Not too sweet, nice tart finish, with a healthy kick of spice.

SEASONAL FLAVOURS
Seasonal flavours are created to shine a spotlight on and celebrate local, seasonal ingredients which are always gathered by us.

Most seasonal flavours are “herbal”, which means they are fermented without additional tea, and thus are extra-low in residual caffeine. Occasionally, some seasonal flavours are oolong tea based + the ingredient, such as local garden Rhubarb in Spring!

Sugar content after fermentation varies from batch to batch but is usually in the region of 4.8-5.2g per 100g of kombucha. Tea based flavours are usually on the lower side of this range whilst ‘herbal’ flavours tend to be on the upper side of it.
